The VISION of First Lutheran’s Nokomis is for children to KNOW God in a personal way, GROW in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, and SHOW this knowledge and growth in their daily lives.
Emily Olson - Executive Director
Emily has a BA in elementary education, AAS in early childhood education, and a minor in special education. Working in the early childhood field is her passion, and she has 15 years of experience working with children.
She was born and raised in Detroit Lakes, MN, and is familiar with the FM area. She relocated to Moorhead from Minneapolis, after being further away from family for the past 5 years. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, crafting, and playing with her dog Jax.
