Global Mission Week 2023 at FLC

- Grand Opening of FLC’s Marketplace for Mission: 4:30-6 p.m., lower level

A new venture is underway at FLC! Marketplace for Mission is opening on Wednesday, November 8th in the lower level of the church. This shop will offer a unique way to support our global mission partners by purchasing items for yourself or as gifts for others. 100% of the proceeds go directly to FLC supported missions. Some of the items for sale include jewelry made from cow horns and cereal boxes, alpaca scarves and table runners, hand painted crosses, metalworks carved from oil drums, hand carved creche sets, greeting cards, devotionals, and clothing. Many of the items are crafted by artisans affiliated with Feed My Starving Children, global sites; Teach Haiti, Haiti; and One Collective, Youth World, Ecuador.
Marketplace for Mission will be open on Wednesday evenings (5-8 pm) and Sunday mornings (10 am – 12 noon). If you would like to volunteer to help with the store, contact Polly Kloster, Director of Mission (pkloster@flcfargo.org).
