If you have lost a loved one recently or long ago, the ache in your heart can be difficult. God did not mean for you to go through loss alone. He encourages you to seek comfort. “Blessed are they that mourn,” taught Jesus, “for they shall be comforted” (Matthew 5:4).

This class is led by Kirsten Frantsvog from the Alzheimer’s Association and will help you rely on God and others to help relieve your sorrow and give you support.
